Steps to Ordering Your Wedding Cake
Step #1: Set Up a Tasting!
Seriously, this is the fun part! Complimentary tasting appointments are available Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm and Saturdays 10am-1pm. They generally last between 30-45 minutes; we'll go over style, design, cost and most importantly FLAVOR! You may choose 4 flavor options from our Flavors Page or Cupcake Page-- let us know which choices you'd like to taste when you call for an appointment. Note: Our Saturday appointment slots are usually the first to fill up, so please call several weeks ahead to book your date/time!
Step #2: Attend the Tasting!
You've made the appointment, you've picked the flavors, now come meet us! Because space in the bakery is limited, please limit your group to 4 people. Bring your thoughts and ideas!(Pinterest is a GREAT tool!) No need to have it completely figured out yet. Let our experience help guide you!
Step #3: Decide!
Easy for us to say right? At your tasting we'll go over everything that we'll do for you. You'll taste our cake, meet the baker/decorator, and will be given a lovely sketch of your future cake as well as a detailed invoice of what it's going to cost you. If you like what we have to offer you can pay a $50 booking deposit to secure your date. Note: May/June/September months book up quickly! We suggest getting on our calendar early in the year to setup your tasting appointment and book your date.
Delivery and Setup...
The delivery and setup fee to all Chico locations is $45 for tiered cakes. This includes cake setup and placement of any fresh flowers ( if desired ).
The delivery and setup fee for cupcake and dessert tables is $65 for all Chico locations.
If your wedding is outside of the Chico area the delivery fee is currently $2.75/mile roundtrip from the bakery. ( +$20 for cupcake/dessert table setups )

We price our cakes per serving. This means if you're serving 100 guests, you will multiply the cost/guest by 100. Example: A Basic, simple design cake will cost $400 and feed 100 guests.
This section is for cakes that have basic-white buttercream decorations to include: Minimal Scrolling detail, Dots, and/or Fabric Ribbon (Provided by You).
This section is for cakes with moderate to intricate designs which include: All-Over Scrolling, Colored designs, Buttercream Flowers, and/or Buttercream "Ribbon".
This section is for cakes with the WOW factor to include: Fondant or Gumpaste Decorations (Leaves, Flowers, Grapevines, Gumpaste Flowers, Trees, Branches etc.) and/or Stenciling.
Sheet Cakes are minimally decorated and a great way to keep costs down.

All of our cakes are made fresh to order, customized to your exact preference! Please check the calendar below for our wedding cake availability. We are currently booked on days that are grey and cannot accept additional custom wedding cake orders on those days.
